Evolution Motorwerks is a family-run repair shop in central Carmel. We opened on August 3, 2026.
Our story
Owner Mike Klimek has spent more than 20 years in the automotive business. He studied automotive technology in college, started out as a technician, worked his way up to operating partner, and now owns his own shop.
Evolution Motorwerks is a full-service shop. We handle everyday maintenance and heavy-line repair, including timing chains and engine and transmission replacements, on all makes and models. Despite the name, we're not a German-only shop. Our technicians are ASE-certified.

Brooke Klimek
Brooke serves as Evolution’s CFO and is often the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk in.
Time for family. Time for God.
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday is time for family, and Sunday is time for God.
We also offer after-hours drop-off and pickup, a shuttle, and a waiting area with free WiFi, free coffee and a snack bar. Cars that stay overnight are parked in a gated lot under video surveillance.
Located in central Carmel
You'll find us at 1020 3rd Ave SW Bldg A, off Third Ave SW. It's a quieter route than Range Line Road, close to the Monon Trail, Carmel Civic Square, Main Street and the Arts & Design District. We're members of the OneZone Chamber.
